I Am Gurgaon has been one of the most vocal advocates for Gurugram’s Aravalli biodiversity parks and urban forests. Their campaigns have directly influenced GMDA policy and mobilised thousands of citizens to protect and restore the city’s green lungs. Founded in 2009, they have successfully fought off multiple threats to critical forest land and continue to run citizen-led conservation, heritage walks, and ecological education programmes.
